Refund Policy
Every account starts with 30 days free, so you can bill, stock and close books on the real thing before paying. This page explains how refunds work once you are on a paid plan.
01Try before you pay
The 30-day trial includes the features of your chosen plan, help moving data and staff training. Nothing is charged during the trial.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month already paid. Part months are not refunded.
03Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the unused months after deducting the months used at the monthly price.
After 30 days, yearly plans continue till the end of the paid year and are not refunded.
04Removing users
When you remove users in the middle of a period, the change applies from the next bill. Credit is not given for the current period.
05Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, connect support within 30 days and the extra amount will be refunded in full.
06Setup and data moving
Standard data moving and training are free. Custom setups quoted separately are refundable only for work not yet started.
07How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
