Yes. Orders and collections are saved on the phone and sent when there is signal. Stock shown is from the last sync.
Can salesmen change rates?+
Only if you allow it. By default they see the party's rate list and cannot change it.
Do we need to buy a phone for each salesman?+
No. The app runs on the Android phones they already use.
